Although Booking.com totally screwed me by making a reservation for a month ahead instead of the night I was making the reservation on, the staff did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay very pleasant. Comfort Suites = 10. Booking.com = 0.

The hotel ownership made a very bad ADA decision to only provide one room with a roll in shower and lower the beds. But the front desk staff solved the problem like a champ and moved my partner and I to their sister property. The STAFF were excellent. Ownership is awful.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, always served with a smile. The location was perfect for relaxing evenings, and convenient for shopping, eating out and time spent with family. This was not my first stay, and will definitely not be my last

The location was much quieter than the last hotel we stayed, even though it was only half a mile away. Close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. Nice to have breakfast available. Housekeeping only came when requested. The room had a microwave and fridge/freezer, which was nice since we stayed a few days.

Breakfast was okay. There was not a lot of choices. Coffee was great! Location excellent. Many restaurants to choose from although we went near the town center to eat.

Staff greeter was outstanding and a joy to work with on the phone and upon arrival! Breakfast was also very good. AC was not as functional as I had hoped and room could have been cooler, for my taste.

The pool, the comfortable beds, and the warm cookies! I also liked the breakfast. I thought it had plenty of different things for people to choose from.
